Parwanaya Festival (Days 1 and 2): Masiqta Ritual

The following clips are of the Masiqta ritual and include the grinding of wheat with prayers, preparing the Misha.

These clips also include the purification (Tamasha) of the Sidra Ed Mishmatha and the Shekhintha. You will also find the reading of the Sidra rba, a Mandaean sacred book engraved on metal tablets and purified.
